Complete Outside Accounting Services

This is a complete, turnkey solution for smaller businesses to outsource their entire accounting function. At this level of service JWTCO becomes completely responsible for the accounting function of the enterprise. JWTCO will set up the necessary accounting functions on our computers using QuickBooks® accounting software. This affords the set up and maintenance of adequate financial and accounting records and appropriate reporting protocol with relevant tax jurisdictions without the client having to have any internal software, computers, accounting skills, or tax knowledge.

At this level of service JWTCO defines a minimal amount of periodic information for the client to furnish (daily, weekly, and/or monthly), and JWTCO will maintain GAAP compliant accounting records and appropriate tax forms and reports on a timely and cost-effective basis. This allows the smaller entrepreneur to focus on running his or her business with the confidence that the financial reports he or she is relying on are accurate and that all tax reporting requirements are being met in a timely fashion.

With today’s technologies, once the appropriate accounting and reporting procedures are in place, the client will typically begin to accept responsibility for the maintenance of these procedures on a day-to-day basis, availing themselves of some reduced level of continuing periodic review and support. As a result, this level of service is usually utilized only in the start up phase of growing organizations, but it can be a very satisfactory long-term solution for smaller organizations that have little or no need no need for other office functions.
