Hourly Software Support Plans…

We offer telephone software support through our Salt Lake City office during normal business hours in the Mountain Time Zone. The time can be purchased in two ways:

Keen Toll Free Support Plan

This support is available by calling the Keen toll-free support hotline. Our arrangement with Keen is presently under revision making this level of support temporarily unavailable. This time is available by the minute, rounded upward to the next minute and requires credit card authorization. Rates are from $2.00 - $3.00 per minute, starting from the time a QuickBooks® ProAdvisor is on the line.

Directly Purchased Prepaid Plan

Time may be purchased in prepaid blocks of from 2 to 8 hours, with billing to the nearest quarter hour and a quarter hour minimum per call. This is probably the most popular plan and is available at the following rates:

· One 2 hour block - $200 ($100.00 per hour)

· One 4 hour block - $375 ($93.75 per hour)

· One 6 hour block - $500 ($83.33 per hour)

· One 8 hour block - $600 ($75.00 per hour)
